By using the services of Pooper Trooper Pros, you agree to the following terms and conditions
1. Service Overview
Pooper Trooper Pros provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services. Services may include one-time cleanups, recurring maintenance, deodorizing, and sanitizing add-ons.
2. Scheduling & Access
- Customers are responsible for ensuring yard access on scheduled service days (e.g., unlocked gates, pets secured).
- If we are unable to access the yard, a service charge may still apply unless rescheduled in advance.
- Service days may change due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances. We will notify you of changes as early as possible.
3. Initial & One-Time Cleanups
- Pricing for initial cleanups is based on the number of dogs and how long the yard has gone uncleaned.
- Final pricing will be confirmed after a yard inspection.
4. Service Refusal or Termination
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:
- • The yard is unsafe or hazardous
- • Aggressive dogs are loose on the property
- • Payment is overdue
- We will communicate clearly with the customer before any cancellation occurs.
5. Billing & Payments
- Payments may be made online, by card, or other accepted methods.
- Recurring services may be billed monthly or per visit, depending on the agreement.
- Late payments may result in service pauses or cancellation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure a reasonably maintained yard (e.g., not overgrown or inaccessible).
- If you notice missed spots or issues, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
7. Liability
- Pooper Trooper Pros is not responsible for damage to yards due to pet waste buildup or prior neglect.
- We are insured and take every precaution while on your property.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
